- Wash your skin with a homemade solution made of white oak bark one teaspoonful, comfrey root one teaspoonful, slippery elm bark 1 teaspoonful and water two cups. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly and then boil them for about half an hour. Then you can use this solution for washing the affected area.
